A rapidly changing climate puts stress on our shared environment and our economies
Tree cutting has a severe implication on the general wellbeing of life.
For many of the communities, adapting to climate change has become critical to improving livelihoods.
It is therefore imperative that as human being,we protect, safeguard and promote the general atmosphere where life strives.
life matters just as tree does.
it is upon this basis that Go Green Ghana initiative as announced by the president is overtly welcomed and supported by Team PKG.
Today the team fully participated in the tree planting exercise by joining hands with the Member of Parliament for Awutu senya East, honorable Mavis Hawa koomson, and her constituents at opeikuma, a community within the constituency.
After the exercise,PKG took time to advise the general public on the need to ensure that as a nation,we cultivate more trees and nurture them grow. PkG believes that natural resources are best protected when local people play an active role in their care and management.
